ELITE CHAMP : Top 5 promoted to Elite Prem with the next 3 places in a play off match, Bottom 5 relegated to Elite League 1 with the next 3 places in a play off match.

ELITE LEAGUE 1 : Top 5 promoted to Elite Champ with the next 3 places in a play off match, Bottom 5 relegated to Elite League 2 with the next 3 places in a play off match.

ELITE LEAGUE 2 : Top 5 promoted to Elite League 1 with the next 3 places in a play off match. No relegation in Elite League 2
