MARK'S DREAMTEAM GAMES
MARK'S DREAMTEAM GAMES

RULES

1. My FA Cup starts officially in Round 2 of the Real FA Cup in November

2. 128 players will participate.

3. Enty Fee is £10

4. The 2nd Round draw has been generated using a computer programme.

5. From Round 3 and onwards where there are 64 players left in, each player will be given a number for each round and I will pass it over to the BBC where they will make their official draw using 64 numbers. This makes the draw interesting as the pros will be drawing my FA Cup game, Thank you BBC.

6. You will be drawn against another opponent, I will generate 6 FA Cup fixtures and you simply have to outscore each other.

7. All matches are always based on the score after normal time enabling draws to be accepted in your predictions. Extra time and Penalties do not count and never have done.

8. The point system has it's own page.

9. The player who scores the most points will progress to the next round while the loser will pack up his kit bag and head for the cup exit.

10. In the event of a tie, we go down to how many CORRECT scores each player got, the one with the higher will progress (the bonus fixture for this becomes just a normal score) In the event of this also being tied then I will arrange a replay the week after using 6 random fixtures and we repeat the process, a 3rd and final replay will be offered to you but in this case there will be a random tie break question thrown in, whoever gets the closer to the tie break question would progress to the next round.

11. Deadlines may alter for the FA Cup due to some games being played midweek

12. A strict deadline is in place and any entries after this time will not be accepted and players will be eliminated from the competition and your opponent will get a pass into the next round.

13. Round 5 of the FA Cup will be midweek.

14. Where possible all the matches for this competition will be FA Cup fixtures (replays obviously cannot be FA Cup games) and as the games get fewer when it gets to the Quarter Final stages and beyond then I may use half time scores to fill up the 6 games. The Semis and the Final WILL consist of other matches to make up your 6 games.
